Your knowledge of just what those apps and services can do for you may well be limited – because let’s face it, Microsoft doesn’t do a great job of explaining it, do they?
Which is why we have designed 3 different levels of support plans, intended to meet you and your people exactly where they are today and to help you to get the most out of the apps and services you have access to as part of your regular subscription.
Pricing starts at £49 per month
Maybe all you need is someone who can answer your questions as and when you find yourself stuck?
The Basic plan provides you with a dedicated support channel where you can send your questions in a text-based format as they arise, and get a response within 24 hours (usually sooner).
There is no limit to the number of questions you can ask – and there are no silly questions!
Pricing starts at £99 per month
If you would like the option to talk things through as well as having a dedicated channel for text-based questions, then the Standard plan is the one for you.
There is no limit to the number of text-based questions you can ask, although calls are capped to a maximum of one hour across a calendar month.

If you would like to ask questions, have the opportunity to talk AND have system administration tasks carried out via a secure connection to your system, then consider the Premium plan.
There is no limit to the number of text-based questions you can ask, although calls and system administration are each capped to a maximum of one hour across a calendar month.
To facilitate the secure connection to your system for administration, we’ll ask you to accept an agreement generated via Microsoft that registers Growth Through Knowledge as your official Microsoft Partner. This also gives you reassurance of our status as a Registered Microsoft Solutions Provider.
Payments are made via Direct Debit using the GoCardless platform.
Monthly plans are billed on sign up, then on the 1st of every month on a rolling basis – renews every 30 days unless cancelled.
Discounts are offered for annual plans with a commitment of 12 months, billed in full on sign up.
No refunds will be issued for any plans cancelled mid-term.
