Growth Through Knowledge uses GoCardless to facilitate payments for our subscription-based services.

You will be asked to set up a flexible Direct Debit so that we can collect your future payments automatically (even if dates or amounts change).

Payments are automatic, so you won’t get chased for payments and there’s no risk of late payment fees. You set up payment once, and after that, it’s taken automatically on the invoice due date. No need to set diary reminders or log into your internet banking to make a payment.  

Email notifications will keep you informed before any payments are taken. Paying through GoCardless makes your payment predictable, which can make it easier to budget for our services.

GoCardless is authorised by the FCA, GDPR compliant and any payments collected via Direct Debit are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme, which means that you are guaranteed a refund if any payments are taken in error.


We’ll start with a Diagnostic Call – tell us what you’d like to achieve, we’ll ask you some key questions and then we’ll suggest some ways to move things forward.


We’ll send you a breakdown of the work involved, the outputs and outcomes you’ll achieve and confirm how much it will cost.


Once we’ve answered all your questions, you’ll need to sign up to our terms and conditions and pay a deposit so we can get to work!

Skill Level and Experience: Those with extensive experience and specialised skills often command higher rates due to their ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

Time Commitment: Growth Through Knowledge offers service or project-based pricing; pricing will be influenced by the amount of time dedicated to your project or service, but will not be the only factor.

Other providers may offer pricing on an hourly or time-and-materials basis, and it is your choice as to which model works best for you.

Complexity of Work: The complexity and intricacy of the tasks involved will impact pricing. More complicated accounting services or specialised virtual assistant tasks will be priced higher due to the expertise required.

Industry and Market Rates: The industry and market rates for similar services in a particular region or sector also play a role. Growth Through Knowledge conducts market research to ensure our rates are competitive.

Client’s Specific Needs: Tailoring services to meet the unique needs of individual clients may result in customised pricing, to accommodate specific requirements or high demands.

Additional Services and Extras: Growth Through Knowledge may offer add-on services or extras, such as priority support or training for your staff, which will be priced separately.

With the right tools, processes, and communication strategies, remote delivery of services by Growth Through Knowledge is efficient and cost-effective for our clients.

Communication: We value clear and timely communication and use regular check-ins, video calls and collaboration tools to maximise our efficiency and effectiveness. 

Data Security: Growth Through Knowledge is registered with the ICO. For the purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, Nicole Reilly is the “data controller” for Growth Through Knowledge. This means that Nicole Reilly determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your Data is processed. 

Accounting services in particular involve handling sensitive financial information, so we ensure the security of data by using best-in-class software such as Microsoft 365 for internal record-keeping.

Software and Technology: Growth Through Knowledge uses cloud-based software and accounting tools to access data, manage tasks, and collaborate effectively.

Internally we ensure that everyone has access to the necessary software and training, and can provide this for our clients on request.

Documentation and Reporting: Accurate documentation and regular reporting is provided to keep clients informed about progress and financial insights.

Time Management: Time management skills and tools like task trackers help us to ensure that work is completed efficiently and within deadlines.
